Life is full of energy, and minor accidents can easily happen during adventures on the water or in the city. A standard complaint typically only covers hidden manufacturing defects. We go a step further.
Undaservice is our proprietary rescue service for your clothes. We don't judge, we don't ask how it happened – we simply fix what got damaged during everyday use!
How does undaservice differ from a standard warranty claim?

How does it work? Key information:
- Great Price: You activate protection for only 29 PLN when placing your order.
- A whole year of peace of mind: The service is valid for 12 months from the date of placing the order.
- Full package: It covers all products from a given order that are technologically repairable.
- What do we repair? The protection applies exclusively to clothing. It does not cover accessories (e.g., bags, hats) or delicate items (e.g., broken glasses).
Don't have undaservice purchased or aren't our customer? No problem!
Sewing and repair have been our specialty for years. If your favorite item has been damaged and you don't have an active undaservice (or the product is from another brand) – feel free to contact us too!
- Bring or send the product: We will inspect the damage and prepare an individual repair quote for you.
- Experts for special tasks: We know our stuff like few others. We repair everything – from classic everyday clothing to specialized neoprene wetsuits.
