Refund Policy

Complaints

  1. To file a complaint, the Customer must provide proof of purchase (a receipt or VAT invoice).

  2. In the event of product non-compliance with the contract, the Customer should return the item to the Store along with a description of the issue.

  3. The Store will respond to the complaint within 14 business days from receiving the item and the complaint description. If expert or manufacturer consultation is needed, the response time may be extended accordingly.

  4. If a justified complaint requires sending a new product or repairing the issue, all shipping costs are covered by the Store.

  5. Individual computer or monitor settings affecting color or item display are not valid grounds for complaint.

Right of Withdrawal

  1. According to the Act on the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and Liability for Damage Caused by a Hazardous Product (March 2, 2000), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract.

  2. The withdrawal is effective if the Customer submits a statement of withdrawal within 10 days of receiving the product.

  3. The returned product must be sent back to the Store within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. The item must be unused, complete, in its original packaging (with tags), and show no signs of wear. Return shipping is at the Customer’s expense.

  4. Within 3 business days of receiving the return, the Store will inspect the product’s condition.

  5. Within 7 days of inspection, the Store will refund the payment, minus the costs related to order fulfillment. The Customer must provide a bank account number for the refund.

  6. If the Customer fails to meet the terms outlined in points 2 and 3, the withdrawal is invalid. The item is not eligible for return, and the Store will not issue a refund.

  7. The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases, as per Article 10(3) of the above-mentioned Act:

    a) services started with the Customer's consent before the withdrawal period expires (this refers to services, not goods),
    b) audio or visual recordings or software unsealed by the Customer,
    c) contracts where price depends on financial market fluctuations,
    d) goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized,
    e) goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned or expire quickly,
    f) newspapers and magazines,
    g) gambling-related services.

  8. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom orders. In such cases, refunds are issued in the form of a Gift Card.
