How can I return an order?

You can return your order through the Wygodne Zwroty returns platform using the banner provided on our website.

Alternatively, you can send the parcel directly to our store.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your order. The product must then be returned within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal request.

The returned product must:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

When will I receive my refund?

The condition of the returned product will be inspected within 3 business days of receiving the parcel.

The refund will be issued within 7 days of accepting the return.

Can I exchange a product?

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

To change the size or model, please return the original product and place a new order.

How can I submit a product claim?

To submit a claim:

The product should be returned together with a description of the issue.

How long does it take to process a claim?

Claims are processed within 14 business days of receiving the product and the description of the issue.

If additional verification is required, this period may be extended by the time needed to obtain an assessment from the manufacturer or an independent expert.

Who covers the shipping cost for an accepted claim?

If the claim is accepted, the store will cover the cost of delivering a replacement product or repairing the defective product.

Can differences in product colour be grounds for a claim?

No. Differences caused by individual monitor or display settings are not grounds for a claim.

Can all products be returned?

Some products and special orders may not be eligible for a standard return.

Refunds for special orders may be issued in the form of a Gift Card.

Undaservice is our in-house service available for just PLN 29.

For one year from the date of purchase, it covers all clothing included in your order against accidental damage, such as cigarette burns or tears in wetsuits. It goes far beyond standard claims relating only to manufacturing defects.
