DESCRIPTION

The Patagonia R1 TechFace full-zip fleece is a lightweight, technical model with a regular fit, designed for outdoor activities and variable conditions. Made from a double-weave fabric (90% recycled polyester / 10% elastane), it is soft on the inside, breathable, and yet flexible. The smooth outer layer increases abrasion resistance, and the PFAS-free DWR finish protects against light moisture.

The fitted, athletic cut with a full zip and anatomical construction ensures freedom of movement. The model features two high-set side pockets with mesh lining, compatible with a harness and backpack. Low-profile cuffs improve comfort during activity, and an adjustable drawcord hem (operated from the pockets) allows for a better fit to the body and conditions. The product was manufactured in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory, and its weight is 337 g.

How can I receive my order?

We offer several convenient delivery options:

How much does shipping cost?

Free delivery is available on orders over PLN 349.

The shipping cost depends on the selected carrier and delivery method. Current prices are displayed at checkout.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders placed before 9:00 a.m. are dispatched the same day.

What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?

If your parcel shows visible signs of damage, please contact us as soon as possible and send us photos showing the condition of the parcel and any damage to the product.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International orders are shipped with UPS.

We currently ship to:

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Slovakia and Hungary.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Do I need an account to shop at Dasea People?

No. You can also place an order as a guest.

How does account registration work?

To create an account, complete the registration form and provide your basic details, email address and password.

Once your account has been created, you will be able to access your order history and track your purchases more easily.

You can log in using the email address and password provided during registration.

Can I see or try on a product listed online?

Yes. Products available online can also be viewed and tried on at our store at 29 Abrahama Street in Gdynia.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, provided that your order has not yet been dispatched.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How can I return an order?

You can return your order through the Wygodne Zwroty returns platform using the banner provided on our website.

Alternatively, you can send the parcel directly to our store.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your order. The product must then be returned within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal request.

The returned product must:


  • be complete and undamaged

  • include its original tags

  • include its original packaging

  • show no signs of use

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

When will I receive my refund?

The condition of the returned product will be inspected within 3 business days of receiving the parcel.

The refund will be issued within 7 days of accepting the return.

Can I exchange a product?

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

To change the size or model, please return the original product and place a new order.

How can I submit a product claim?

To submit a claim:


  • describe the problem

  • attach photos of the product

  • provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or VAT invoice

The product should be returned together with a description of the issue.

How long does it take to process a claim?

Claims are processed within 14 business days of receiving the product and the description of the issue.

If additional verification is required, this period may be extended by the time needed to obtain an assessment from the manufacturer or an independent expert.

Who covers the shipping cost for an accepted claim?

If the claim is accepted, the store will cover the cost of delivering a replacement product or repairing the defective product.

Can differences in product colour be grounds for a claim?

No. Differences caused by individual monitor or display settings are not grounds for a claim.

Can all products be returned?

Some products and special orders may not be eligible for a standard return.

Refunds for special orders may be issued in the form of a Gift Card.
WHAT IS UNDASERVICE?

Undaservice is our in-house service available for just PLN 29.

For one year from the date of purchase, it covers all clothing included in your order against accidental damage, such as cigarette burns or tears in wetsuits. It goes far beyond standard claims relating only to manufacturing defects.

You can also contact us even if you have not purchased an Undaservice package or if your items come from other brands.
