Privacy policy

These privacy and data processing rules apply to the online store at: DAEAPEOPLE.COM, operated by a limited liability company, registered under the name "UNDASTRY SP. Z O.O." with its registered office in Gdynia, at Abrahama 29 (NIP: 5862346124, REGON: 383676479, KRS: 0000788496, files kept in the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register), with a share capital of 500,000.00 PLN, hereinafter referred to as "DAEAPEOPLE.COM."

1. Cookies

1.1. A cookie is a small text file saved on the computer's disk from which the User connects to the Service. This file only contains an encrypted identifier for the computer system. The cookie does not allow identifying the person visiting the website. The condition for cookies to work is their acceptance by the browser and not removing them from the disk.

1.2. Thanks to cookies, the following is possible:

- Adjusting informational content,
- Storing user preferences and settings,
- Retaining login and authentication information,
- Collecting website traffic statistics.

1.3. How to control cookies? Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but they can be rejected by modifying the browser settings. Once cookies are accepted, they can be deleted at any time. However, removing cookies may result in the loss of settings and preferences.

 

2. Personal Data Processing

 

2.1. The administrator of personal data is DAEAPEOPLE.COM ("UNDASTRY SP. Z O.O.," NIP: 5862346124). Personal data is processed in accordance with the Act of May 10, 2018, on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1781) (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119, p. 1, as amended). The purpose of processing is to provide services and fulfill obligations between DAEAPEOPLE.COM and the user. The purposes of processing include:

- Conclusion and execution of a sales contract,
- Performing accounting and tax obligations,
- Fulfilling obligations resulting from consumer protection regulations,
- Marketing of own services and goods (with user consent).

The store respects the privacy of its users. All obtained information is stored with the highest care and is not shared with other entities, except for statistical data that does not constitute personal data.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data referred to above is: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract execution, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR for fulfilling legal obligations, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for legitimate interests of the administrator.

2.2. Data provided by the user during payment may be processed by a third-party payment institution.

2.3. For each user, DAEAPEOPLE.COM processes data by reading a unique identifier (IP address), the server date and time, and technical parameters of the device for diagnostics of errors on the DAEAPEOPLE.COM website and improving its quality.

2.4. DAEAPEOPLE.COM processes personal data necessary to perform the contract concluded with the user, including primarily: first and last name, address, email address, phone number, purchase preferences based on the analysis of using the DAEAPEOPLE.COM website, where such analysis occurs with the additional consent of the user expressed in the Newsletter service.

2.5. If the user subscribes to the DAEAPEOPLE.COM Newsletter, their data will be processed for the purpose of sending commercial and marketing information for an indefinite period. The user may unsubscribe at any time by submitting a statement via the contact form, email, or traditional mail. The contact details and form can be found on the DAEAPEOPLE.COM website under the "Contact" tab. DAEAPEOPLE.COM may stop sending messages at any time. Ceasing the sending of messages within the Newsletter is equivalent to stopping the processing of the user's personal data for this purpose and removing their personal data in this regard.

 

3. User Rights in Personal Data Processing

 

3.1. The user may at any time request information about the processing of their personal data and may request modification, supplementation, or deletion of all or part of the personal data processed by DAEAPEOPLE.COM. This can be done by contacting DAEAPEOPLE.COM via the form or other contact details available on the DAEAPEOPLE.COM website in the "Contact" tab, with the proviso that some personal data at that time may be necessary to fulfill the contract between the user and DAEAPEOPLE.COM or to enforce rights by DAEAPEOPLE.COM. The content of correspondence may be archived, and the user has the right to delete it unless it is contrary to the administrator's interests.

3.2. If the user purchases products, their personal data will be processed only as long as necessary for tax purposes (in accordance with current Polish law, for 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax obligation arose). If the user cooperates with DAEAPEOPLE.COM on an ongoing basis (e.g., by having an account in the DAEAPEOPLE.COM online store), certain personal data necessary for this purpose will be processed throughout the cooperation period. Also, if based on legal provisions or contract the user has any post-sales rights (e.g., warranty or guarantee), DAEAPEOPLE.COM will process the user's personal data for the duration of these rights in order to provide assistance if needed.

3.4. The user is entitled to obtain confirmation from the administrator as to whether personal data concerning them is being processed, and if so, they are entitled to access it.

3.5. In accordance with Article 77 of the GDPR, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the member state of their habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement, if the user believes that the processing of their personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR. In Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), to whom a complaint can be submitted, including by:
