These privacy and data processing terms apply to the online store available at: DAEAPEOPLE.COM, operated by a limited liability company registered under the name “UNDASTRY SP. Z O.O.,” headquartered in Gdynia at Abrahama Street 29 (NIP: 5862346124, REGON: 383676479, KRS: 0000788496, case files held at the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register), with a share capital of PLN 500,000.00, hereinafter referred to as “DAEAPEOPLE.COM.”
1. Cookies
1.1. A cookie is a short text file saved on the computer's hard drive from which the User connects to the Website. This file contains only an encrypted identifier of the computer system. Cookies do not enable the identification of the visitor. For cookies to work, they must be accepted by the browser and not deleted from the drive.

2. Personal Data Processing
2.1. The data controller is DAEAPEOPLE.COM (“UNDASTRY SP. Z O.O.”, NIP: 5862346124). Personal data is processed in accordance with the Act of May 10, 2018, on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1781) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016). Data is processed to provide services and fulfill obligations between DAEAPEOPLE.COM and the user. Processing purposes include:

fulfilling accounting and tax obligations,

marketing our own services and goods, including the newsletter (if the user consents).
The store respects its users' right to privacy. All collected information is carefully secured and not shared with other entities, except for non-personal statistical data.

2.2. Payment data may be processed by a third-party payment institution.
2.3. Each user’s IP address, server date and time, and device technical parameters may be read for diagnostic and quality improvement purposes.
2.4. DAEAPEOPLE.COM processes personal data necessary to fulfill contracts, including: full name, address, email, phone number, and purchase preferences (based on additional user consent, e.g., newsletter).
2.5. If a user subscribes to the newsletter, their data is processed for indefinite marketing communication purposes. Users can unsubscribe at any time using the contact form, email, or post. Contact details are available in the "Contact" section. Unsubscribing means ceasing data processing and deletion of personal data for that purpose.
3. User Rights Regarding Personal Data
3.1. Users may at any time request information on their personal data processing, as well as request to amend, supplement, or delete their personal data (in part or entirely). Requests can be made using the contact details provided on DAEAPEOPLE.COM. However, some data may be essential for contract fulfillment or legal purposes. Correspondence may be archived, and users may request its deletion unless contrary to the controller's interest.
3.2. If a user purchases products, DAEAPEOPLE.COM will store the necessary personal data for tax purposes (currently 5 years from the end of the tax year). For users with an ongoing relationship (e.g., store accounts), some data will be retained for the duration of the relationship. Data will also be kept during post-sale entitlements (e.g., warranty or statutory rights).
3.4. Users have the right to obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether their data is being processed, and if so, access that data.
3.5. Under Article 77 GDPR, users have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in their country of residence, workplace, or where an alleged violation occurred.
